Shipping
Fast, reliable delivery to your doorstep.
- Nationwide & international shipping available. Delivery charges apply based on location and order details.
- Delivery time may vary depending on order size, dress type, and customization requirements.
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (ready-to-wear items). Custom or made-to-order outfits may require additional processing time.
- A 60% advance payment is required to confirm and process all orders.
- Remaining balance can be paid before dispatch or via Cash on Delivery (COD) (available in select areas).
- You’ll receive a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.
Remote or out-of-service areas may have slightly longer delivery times. Our team will update you in case of delays.
Returns & Exchanges
If it doesn’t fit, we’ll help you fix it.
- Nationwide returns & exchanges available within 7–15 days from the date of delivery on unworn items with original tags & packaging.
- Size / fit issues? Our team will help you choose the right size before processing your exchange.
- In most cases, we offer exchange or store credit. Refunds are only provided in special cases or where required by law.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and free from perfume, makeup, or damage.
- Sale or discounted items may have different return or exchange conditions (please check the product page for details).
We reserve the right to decline exchanges on items that don’t meet our quality checks (e.g. worn, stained, or damaged pieces).
How to request an exchange (step-by-step)
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, name, and the size you want to exchange to.
We’ll guide you on the pickup process or nearest drop-off options, depending on your city.
Once we receive and verify your original item, your new size or store credit is processed within 1–2 working days.
